1. Account Registration & Tenant Security

Corporate account provisioning requires the input of verifiable professional information. You accept complete administrative liability for maintaining token authentication parameters, password records, and all ledger entry activities logged under your tenant dashboard portal.

2. Software Licensing & Application Usage

Aum Infonet Inc. grants subscribers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable software platform subscription pattern to operate scheduling, analytics routing, reward tracking, and invoicing modules. You agree explicitly not to attempt logic reverse-engineering, system scraping routines, or database injection exploits against our cloud computing environments.

3. Subscription Fees, Trials & Cancellation Freedom

Subscription management criteria are defined transparently inside each specific flagship product workspace layout:

• BookMyDrive.ca: Subject to a 14-day zero-cost assessment trial followed by standard premium licensing rates, including early adopter provisions as published on product indexes.
• joinrewardsclub: Structured at a fixed rate of $19.99 per month following a 1-month evaluation trial window.
• Cancellation Clause: All application licenses operate on a Month-to-Month renewal structure. There are no locking long-term commitment contracts, allowing tenants complete freedom to cancel platform subscriptions at any chosen interval without termination penalty fees.

4. Uptime Commitments & Local Support Assets

While our cloud network targets an industry-standard 99.9% processing availability state, Aum Infonet Inc. offers absolute access to our live local technical phone group to assist with platform operations, custom report lookups, or system maintenance queries during standard deployment stages.

5. Limitation of Structural Liability

Our software arrays are provided strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" functional standard. Aum Infonet Inc. will not stand legally liable for unexpected data record interruptions, customer ledger miscalculations generated by incorrect input, operational hardware deficiencies, or third-party email routing infrastructure latencies.

6. Governing Jurisdiction Law

These terms of service, platform compliance cycles, and software access rules are governed exclusively under the provincial courts of Manitoba and the federal statutes of Canada. Any legal mediation or system actions must be initialized inside the judicial boundaries of Manitoba.
